These are the conditions through which the customer can make their purchases:

Payment Methods: Our online store allows you to make payment for purchases through various digital payment systems, such as PayPal, Stripe, credit card, or other electronic banking systems enabled for this purpose by reputable accredited companies. Before confirming your purchase, the system will provide you with different payment alternatives available at that time. You are free to choose the one that suits you best or discard the order if they are not of interest to you. The payment entities are independent companies from Edinumen, and therefore, Edinumen is not responsible for any problems that may arise in this process. At the time of your choice, you are contracting the payment service directly with these entities, so in the event of any incident with them, you must make a claim directly to them, releasing Edinumen from any liability in this regard.
Shipping Method and Delivery Times:
- Digital Products: The delivery of digital products is automatic once the purchase is made. After acquiring the product, you will receive an email with the activation code and access instructions.
- Non-digital Products (physical books): Printed products will be shipped to your address using standard transport companies in the territory. Delivery times are always estimated and may vary depending on various external factors, such as:
- Total order weight/destination.
- Potential incidents and delays in the supply and transport chain.
- Stock availability.
- Any other elements that may affect delivery times.
- The days indicated in the attached tables correspond to business days.
- Due to the involvement of third-party companies in the logistical and transportation process, Edinumen cannot guarantee exact compliance with the delivery times. All delivery times are approximate and count from the departure of the order from our warehouses. By placing your order, you understand and accept the complexity of factors that may affect delivery times, and you waive any claims related to delivery times. Additionally, you understand, accept, and acknowledge that shipping services are managed by external companies to Edinumen, and in the event of an incident with these services, it is your responsibility to make a claim directly to the respective transport companies, while releasing Edinumen from any responsibility related to logistics services.
The customer agrees to provide a delivery address within the usual business hours for goods delivery and a contact phone number. In case the shipment cannot be delivered, the transport company may make two contact and delivery attempts. If it is not possible to contact the customer, the goods will be returned to the publisher. In this case, if the customer wishes to receive the goods again, they must assume the new shipping costs generated by the reshipment of goods. Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Costs for Non-digital Products: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the shipment and its destination.
For shipments that must go through customs to be delivered to their recipients, customs duties may apply to the imported products, depending on the country, which must be paid by the customer. Please inquire about the amount of these fees at the customs office in your country. (Customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer and will be paid in the destination country at the time of delivery of the goods).
Delivery times: For orders with delivery addresses in the USA, an estimated delivery time of between 3 and 15 days is expected from the warehouse departure date. For orders with delivery addresses in the USA, Europe, or Spain, an estimated delivery time of between 3 and 15 days is expected from the warehouse departure date. For orders with delivery addresses in the rest of the world, an estimated delivery time of between 10 and 20 days is expected from the warehouse departure date.

The validation of the order by the customer expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions of our online store. In the event of a typographical or technical error in the price of a product and if the purchase has been made based on that price, we will notify the customer of the error, and they will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost on their part.
Product Availability: Products are offered according to the available stock at the time of sale. If a product is not available, we will contact the customer to provide a new delivery period or, if it is not possible to serve that product, proceed to cancel that particular product or the entire order. In none of the mentioned cases will a delivery delay entitle the customer to claim any compensation.
Returns: No returns will be accepted except in the case of having delivered a product that does not correspond to the order. The request for this return must be made within 10 business days after receiving the order.
Order Cancellations: In the event of an order cancellation, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer will also be responsible for the return costs of the merchandise (the same amount as the shipping costs).
Limitation of Liability: Edinumen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise as a result of the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or similar damages. Edinumen’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, related to the products and services offered on this online store, are the exclusive property of Edinumen. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of such rights is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Edinumen.
Disclaimer of Defects or Discrepancies: Edinumen shall not be held responsible for any possible defects in the products purchased through this online store or any discrepancies between the delivered products and the buyer’s expectations. While we strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our products, we cannot guarantee that they will meet the individual expectations of each customer. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the products are provided “as is” and that the decision to purchase them is made at their own risk.
